Post-Graduate Program in Food Science and Technology (PPGCTA)
Admissions to M.S courses are performed by an annual public selection process which is based on:
i) evaluation of the documentation sent by the applicant;
ii) curriculum Vitae analysis; and
iii) admission exam with questions regarding Food Science and Technology.
For the admission, the candidate must propose a research project applied to his/her professional job/work and choose one of the professors of the course to guide and supervise him/her in the research (read more). One of the Supervisors must send a signed letter claiming to be aware of the application.
Public selection process is published annually at here usually in February.
It is necessary for students who graduated from a university outside of Brazil to validate their graduate diploma at a Brazilian university. Special student program: it is possible to enroll students from other CAPES-accredited graduate programs as well as international students doing internships in Brazil. The data is generally released twice a year in March and August. More information at here.
